On site support service
1. After confirming the customer's service request, if Huaxing Electronics cannot resolve the technical malfunction of the equipment through telephone support, and after mutual consultation, it is determined that on-site troubleshooting is necessary, Huaxing Electronics will send experienced engineers to the site to analyze the cause of the malfunction, develop a troubleshooting plan, and ultimately eliminate the fault.
